Depuis 2002, je contribue au livre \u201cMarketing sensoriel du point de vente\u201d, publi\u00e9 dans sa 5e \u00e9dition en 2017. Mes recherches ont \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9es dans Tourism Management, Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services, Journal of Global Marketing, Journal of International Consumer Marketing, Research et Applications en Marketing. Mon travail a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 cit\u00e9 dans la presse professionnelle et g\u00e9n\u00e9raliste, comme Le Monde, Le Parisien, Points de Vente\u2026.<\/p>\n<p>J&#8217;enseigne des cours au niveau Licence et Master et je co-supervise des th\u00e8ses de doctorat portant sur l\u2019exp\u00e9rience client et le marketing sensoriel. Parall\u00e8lement, je collabore avec diverses entreprises int\u00e9ress\u00e9es par l\u2019exp\u00e9rience client et le marketing sensoriel. Je suis \u00e9galement co-responsable d\u2019un Master d\u00e9di\u00e9 au Marketing Digital depuis 2001.<\/p>\n<p>Je suis titulaire d\u2019un doctorat de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Rennes
